How Referrals Work
Fax, call, or email your patient's referral. No specific form required — patient name, contact, and reason for referral is sufficient.
Our patient coordinators reach out within one business day to schedule their OHIP-covered initial consultation with Dr. Ahmed.
Dr. Ahmed conducts a comprehensive metabolic assessment and provides a detailed consultation summary sent back to your office.
We keep you informed of your patient's progress, clinical findings, and any medication changes relevant to their overall care.
